Co-Founder & CEO
Mohit brings 20 years of broad healthcare experience to Mango Sciences as a surgeon, trained health economist, top-tier strategy consultant, and investor with experience building teams in early-stage companies. Previously, he has held positions as Head of Digital Health at TPG’s Evercare Health Fund and Chief Medical Officer & VP of Health Systems of the Harvard big data spin out Aetion Inc.. He has worked extensively in life sciences strategy consulting in Europe and the US at London-based Booz&Co. Mohit has policy experience at the UK Dept. of Health and the World Health Organisation and sat on the prestigious UK NICE Health Technology Assessment Committee. He obtained his Bachelor’s in Immunology and MD from King’s College London and his Master’s in Health Economics from the London School of Economics.
Chief Technology Officer
Hanif Khalak is a technology executive in biomedical computing and healthcare technology with over 30 years experience leading technology divisions in academia and industry, building data and analytics infrastructure for clinical applications and bio-pharmaceutical, and biomedical science. He has managed teams of up to 50 engineers in supporting large scale operational and research platforms in healthcare, clinical, genomic, and biotechnology programs comprising 100+ labs and 500+ scientists and clinicians.
Hanif has led work in human and microbial genomics, bioinformatics, HPC, machine learning and AI at the J Craig Venter Institute, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, King Faisal Specialist Hospital, Weill Cornell Medicine, G42, and Pure Health. He has led the deployment of cloud and on-premise computing and data platforms, and analysis and translation into software tools the insights from whole genomes and clinical data of 250K+ individuals and authored over 40 journal articles, having an h-index of 17 with over 7500 citations.
Having received his scientific and computational training as a mechanical and aerospace engineer at the University of Buffalo in New York, his career focus has been delivering innovation with rigor for algorithms and platforms in biotechnology and healthcare in cancer and equitable access to health.
Chief Commercial Officer
Andy brings over 20 years of experience as a global healthcare and life sciences executive, with a focus on data and AI for pharmaceuticals, MedTech, and CROs. He previously served as President of Asia Pacific for IQVIA, where he led businesses across 17 countries. Andy has held senior leadership roles at private equity (TPG) and corporate venture–backed portfolio companies, driving commercialization, strategic growth, and partnerships. He has also held executive roles at multinational companies including Merck and UCB. Andy specializes in data-driven analytics, real-world evidence, and healthcare commercialization. He is a recognized thought leader and frequent speaker at global forums on innovation and healthcare technology.
Head of Data Science
Gavin comes with a proven track record, and he is an accomplished leader responsible for developing and managing the RWE Analytics franchise, supporting all analytic functions serving the life science industry. He has worked extensively in outcomes research, partnering with clients to develop research ideas that crystalise the value story of their products. With 15+ years of data science experience in Life Sciences & customer-facing engagements, Gavin leads the team from data selection and study design to the communication of final recommendations.
Gavin’s current interest & focus area is innovation in the application of A.I./machine learning to real-world data. He has completed his Master’s from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, Boston, and has a Bachelor’s Degree from MIT.
Head of Strategic Finance
Ram is the Head of Strategic Finance for Mango Sciences. He has spent close to 16 years in the Indian financial sector with pedigreed firms in careers spanning equity research (focused on the BFSI sector), portfolio management, and corporate strategy. His assignments included creating new business cases, developing capable teams, and driving execution across these firms. He is now leading the engagement program with our financial sector partners. He is a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a management graduate from Calcutta’s Indian Institute of Management.
Vice-President, Operations
Chitrang brings to Mango Sciences 10+ years of cross-functional experience at the intersection of healthcare and life sciences strategy and operations. Across stints as a strategy consultant, angel investor, healthcare executive, clinical practitioner, and research scientist, Chitrang has worked with organisations across India, China, the USA, and the APAC and EMEA regions.
Prior to joining Mango Sciences, Chitrang was a Strategy Consultant with the specialised Therapeutic Area Transformation team in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Strategy practice at Monitor Deloitte. He has also worked with Max Healthcare in India as an Assistant General Manager in their coveted LEAD Program, driving operational and strategic initiatives for their tertiary care businesses. His clinical and research work during his post-graduate residency program focused on health policy (member of the core committee of Govt. of India’s National List of Essential Medicines – 2016) and HIV/AIDS research (pharmacovigilance of newer HAART regimens).
Chitrang holds a bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) from Shenyang Medical College, Shenyang, and dual post-graduate degrees – MD in Clinical Pharmacology from the AIIMS, New Delhi, and MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Chief Commercial Officer - APAC
Navinder Singh Sachar is the Vice President of Commercial MENA & APAC for Mango Sciences. He is a senior business executive with 29+ years of experience driving growth and profitability strategies across worldwide markets. Setting and scaling up businesses/product verticals across geographies, and delivering on organisational goals of revenue maximisation to gain market leadership comprises his forte.
Before Mango Sciences, Navinder was with IBM for over two decades. In his last assignment, he set up the IBM Watson Health business for India/SA with additional sales leadership responsibility for the Oncology & Genomics portfolio across the Asia Pacific Region. Navinder is driven by genuine interests in strategic sales, client engagements, and cutting-edge technologies. He is proficient in identifying growth opportunities, building, and nurturing long-term relationships with CXOs across industry segments, establishing partnerships, and initiating strong business alliances. In addition to Healthcare A.I., Navinder’s specialisation includes financial services, corporate development & commercial operations. According to Navinder, a solid work ethic, alignment to organisational objectives, and an intent to drive win-win scenarios with stakeholders are his biggest motivators.
Chief People Officer
Rohith Raj is a global HR and organizational leadership expert with over 22 years of experience shaping companies, cultures, and executive teams across diverse industries and geographies. As Chief People Strategist at Mango Sciences, he combines deep operational expertise with visionary leadership, driving the company’s people agenda to enable innovation, scale, and sustainable growth.
His career spans both Fortune 150 corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. At CenturyLink, Rohith served as Head of Business Partnering & COE, where he was part of the senior leadership team, spearheading enterprise-wide talent management, leadership development, and retention strategies. At IMTAC LLC, he successfully established operations across India and the Middle East, building resilient organizations and high-performing teams from the ground up.
Recognized for his ability to align people strategy with business vision, Rohith has partnered with investors, boards, and executive teams to design governance frameworks, leadership pipelines, and cultures of excellence. His leadership philosophy emphasizes resilience, innovation, and empowering people as the ultimate competitive advantage.
Rohith holds a PGCHRM from XLRI, a Leadership & Change Management Certification from IIM Raipur, and is a distinguished Harvard Business School alumnus. His global exposure and academic pedigree reinforce his credibility as a thought leader in organizational transformation and leadership strategy.
